  1. Dates : This brown and sticky fruit not only has a sweet taste but is rich in fiber, making it a diabetes-friendly snack.

  2. Flax seeds : A good source of fiber and alpha-linolenic acid, which your body converts omega 3.

Type 1 diabetes can only treated with insulin.there are main two types of diabetes.

  1. Type 1 diabetes

    When you are affected with type 1 diabetes, your pancreas does not produce insulin.Type 1 diabetes also called Juvenile diabetes. Since it is often diagnosed in children or teens. This type accounts for 5-10 percent of people with diabetes.

  2. Type 2 diabetes

    Type 2 diabetes occurs when the body does not produce enough insulin,or when the cells are unable to use insulin properly. Which is called insulin resistance. Type2 diabetes commonly called “adult-onset diabetes”. ┬áSince it is diagnosed later in life, generally after the age of 45, 90-95 percent of people with diabetes have this type.

Common symptoms of diabetes

Diabetes is a serious disease. The body loses its ability to control the level of sugar in the blood. Patients with diabetes can be taught how to control their diabetes by controlling what they eat, checking their blood sugar several times a day, and exercising. If not controlled diabetes can lead to serious complications such as kidney failure, blindness, amputations and even death.
