They’ve come a long way from their humble, vector-based beginnings, finding a home at websites like Newgrounds, Kongregate, and Addicting Games among other popular sites, while becoming increasingly more complex and fully-featured.

Most played Free Flash Games

  1. Jacksmith

Jacksmith is the craftiest donkey in all the land. The game’s initial premise seems fairly run of the mill requiring players to don the role of a small-town blacksmith hellbent on arming his band of pig warriors with the finest weapons ever assembled. It certainly won’t be the most inventive or prettiest title to grace your monitor, but it’s a Flash classic, and the unbridled sense of pleasure you’ll receive upon finding mineable gold is well worth the hours of gameplay.

  2. Canabalt

If eating cells and gaining mass is not your cup of tea then you can enjoy Canabalt; an endless running adventure that will put Temple Run and Subway Surfers to shame. The game does not feature flashy graphics or colors instead it’s a black and white game with just one objective, run. Canabalt also features a two-player mode so you can play with your friend.

  3. Super Mario 63

With Super Mario 63, a fan-made platformer in the Mario vein, players pummel their way through the reinvisioned, 2D-ized world of Super Mario 64. The controls are basic founded on the stereotypical arrow keys and the Z, X, and C buttons but they can prove difficult while using extra peripherals such as the flying cap. It features all the qualities of a standout Mario title, sans the console and polished visuals, yet still somehow proves a perfect mishmash of classic familiarity that can create something entirely unique.

  4. Frog Fractions

Jim Crawford’s Frog Fractions starts out easy enough with a frog, some fruit, and a slew of pop-up fractions. However, although the game’s initial goal is to protect the swarms of butterflies, mosquitos, and other insects from devouring said fruit with your elastic-like tongue, it quickly becomes something more momentous than anyone could have anticipated.

  5. Tanki Online

You can play Tanki Online instead and enjoy the explosive action of owning your personal tank in the battlefield. The game is available for free and you can purchase in-game items to make your tank even more powerful.

  6. Rogue Soul

A game doesn’t need to be groundbreaking to offer high levels of entertainment Soul Game Studios’ Rogue Soul can attest to that. it’s not the gameplay itself making Rouge Soul a knockout, but rather the fluidy of the mechanics.

  7. Tetris

Tetris is the classic part-block building, part-block destroying game that has been a favorite of gamers for more than 2 decades now. Players still love playing the classic game and reliving the old days on their devices.
