A major problem for most people is having too much work and not enough time to do it. time management is the one solution for it. You work really hard. In fact, you might not be able to work any harder. But you can still work smarter.

Plan Regularly

Every night, make a to-do list of all your unfinished business and projects. Review the list, prioritize and decide how much time you need to get each activity done. Use a planner that shows you a full week at a time.

Use Shortcuts

Using shortcuts make you good working mentality as you expects. Main thing is choose good shortcuts to your works. That create you work smarter.

Learn As Much As You Can

You should always be on a steep learning curve. Look at your skills profile and determine where you need to fill a gap. Talk to important connections and network in your niche. Keep up to date on trends and developments. When an opportunity arises, you will be the best equipped to seize it because you have never stopped learning.

Prefer Greatest Resources

Searching is the most important for work. Great searches will create you good knowledge. Knowledge is most important for your works. Your greatest resource is not time. It is you. If you do not get enough sleep, exercise and relaxation, you find that you become less and less productive.

Learn To Say Yes

Avoid over scheduling yourself and be realistic about what you can accomplish in a single day. Sometimes you just have to cut yourself off because in most professions, there is almost always something that could be done. Say yes to all positive things.

Limit Your Tasks

Try to avoid multi-tasking because you often get less done since your brain is switching back and forth between tasks. Pick one thing to work on and put your best effort into that until it is accomplished. Set a time limit for when you stop working on the task at hand and take a rest.

Evaluate Your Methods

You want them to be as efficient as possible. Do your work when you have no distractions surrounding you. Try to do things in one batches rather than one at a time. You want your efficiency to be maximized as much as possible.

Avoid Procrastination

Every time you surf the net or needlessly check e-mail at work, your day becomes longer. Push yourself hard to do work when it’s time to do work and enjoy these activities once you’re done for the day.

Take Rest

You should ideally be getting eight hours of sleep every night. You can certainly pull continuous 12 hour days at work, but it’s not sustainable. After a certain point, your body becomes tired and your mind wears down, leading to more frequent lapses in concentration and careless mistakes.

Be Social At Work

It is very important because it builds relationships and helps you stay plugged in to the office grapevine. Share a joke, anecdote or personal story while standing at the photocopier or waiting for a meeting to start. Schedule a coffee break with an office buddy.
