Fast and Furious 8 trailer
Back in September, Vin Diesel revealed a new photo from Fast 8, while revealing that the first trailer will debut on Sunday, December 11. While that date is six days away, a new preview has arrived, which features several stars discussing what makes this franchise special, including footage from the previous seven movies. We also get some new piecces of behind-the-scenes footage, which offers another glimpse at the new villain Cipher, played by Charlize Theron.

New trailers: Christopher Nolan’s war movie
At long last, The Neon Demon made its way to Amazon last month (after premiering in June), and I finally sat down to watch it this past weekend. It’s just an insanely gorgeous film. But the thing that stood out to me most was its use of silence — like dead, awkward, why-does-the-audio-sound-like-this silence.
DUNKIRK
Christopher Nolan is making a World War II movie called Dunkirk okay cool, what is this the 4,937th movie we’ve seen about World War II? A vague excuse for some title card writer to use the phrase “Hope is a weapon”? Very expensive and likely most of the budget was spent on sand? Yes. Also, the first feature film appearance of former One Direction member Harry Styles, who appears in the trailer for a grand total of three seconds and looks like he is great at acting.
Fast & Furious 8, and more
The cast for Fast & Furious 8 also includes returning franchise stars Jason Statham, Kurt Russell, Lucas Black and Jordana Brewster alongside newcomers Scott Eastwood, Charlize Theron and Kristofer Hivju. There have also been rumors that this sequel will bring back 2 Fast 2 Furious star Eva Mendes as U.S. Customs agent Monica Fuentes, but that has yet to be confirmed. F. Gary Gray directs from a script by Chris Morgan, with Universal Pictures setting an April 14, 2017 release date. Take a look at this new preview below for Fast and Furious 8.
THE FATE OF THE FURIOUS
This is the inexplicable eighth entry in the Fast & Furious franchise. Vin Diesel turns evil. Cars are torn apart. At one point, they drive away from a sub emerging beneath a sheet of ice. They’re also on the sheet of ice. It looks amazing. It’s out April 14th. The Fate of the Furious is an upcoming 2017 American action film directed by F. Gary Gray and written by Chris Morgan. It is the eighth installment in The Fast and the Furious franchise. The film will star Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, Kurt Russell, Scott Eastwood, Charlize Theron and Helen Mirren.
