Value of Pi made the day 3/14 as International Day of Mathematics

The International Day of Mathematics (IDM) is a worldwide celebration. Each year on March 14 all countries will be invited to participate through activities for both students and the general public in schools, museums, libraries and other spaces.

Each year the worldwide event focuses on a particular theme. The aim of the themes is to connect mathematics to all sorts of subjects, fields and ideas, spark creativity and provide focus to the event.

This year the theme is Mathematics Unites.

The theme for the first year was ‘Mathematics is Everywhere.’ The focus was to explore how mathematics is found in science, technology, art, games, and many other activities and subjects.

Previously, the theme of the event has also been ‘Mathematics for a Better World’. The idea was similar – it showcased how mathematics is used all around us, but the focus was more on how mathematics improves our lives. From artificial intelligence to designing rockets and satellites, mathematical codes help make those inventions a reality.

The value of Pi was first calculated by a mathematician who was called Archimedes of Syracuse. However, the value was officially accepted by the scientific community only after Leonhard Euler came up with the symbol of Pi in 1737.

The major goals of the International Day of Mathematics is to improve understanding among the general public of the importance of mathematics in education, raise awareness of the role of maths in modern society, science, and disaster management; increase access to information about mathematics, increase international networking, and collaborations in public awareness of mathematics and more.

Story

The story of the movie ‘home’ is based on the simple things in the day to day life. Writer given special attention to avoid exaggerating a charactor in the plot. Story points out some of the negative sides of over usage of Smartphones. Also describes the importance of caring older people in the family.

Cast

Casting is another important factor for the positive review of the film. Indrans was a type casted comedian in older movies. He has given entry to malayalam film industry as a costumer. However never got an opportunity to prove his acting skills as we seen in this movie.  All other actors in this movie is perfecting contributing their role. Johny Antony and Nalsen K Gafoor filled enough fun to fullfill the movie.

Simplicity

Simple narration of the story gives perfect feel for the audience. Camera and art are perfectly handled in this movie. Director Rojin Thomas crafted the movie in such a way that liked by all type of people.

 

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s latest film Radhe, which released in theatres internationally and on streaming platforms ZEE5 and ZeePlex in India on Thursday. And as per the report, the digital platform’s servers crashing after a large volume of people logged in to watch the superstar’s action-thriller. And the streamer mentioned, “Thank you for the unprecedented love, will be back soon.” But the issues experienced in several ways for customers like some people were able to stream the full movie without interruption, several others complained of not being able to watch the film as they waited for the service to resume. Radhe marks the third collaboration between the superstar Salman Khan and director Prabhudheva. The two previously worked together on projects like Dabangg 3 and The Wanted.
